The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on a broad range of commercial, corporate, compliance and operational legal matters. /p pThe role is intended to cover a maternity leave absence. /p h3bSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 pProvide legal support to internal clients across all aspects of business operations, including: /p ul licommercial contracts; /li licorporate governance; /li liregulatory compliance, including Legislative Decree 231/2001; /li lisupplier, customer and partner relationships; /li lidispute and litigation management; /li lileasing and real estate matters; /li liemployment-related legal matters. /li liDraft, review, negotiate and support the implementation of commercial agreements. /li liProvide practical legal advice to business functions to facilitate sound commercial decision-making. /li liPromote compliance with corporate policies, internal controls and contracting procedures. /li liIdentify, assess and mitigate legal and compliance risks. /li liCollaborate with key internal stakeholders,
