ph3Overview /h3 pb*** Urgent - Delivery Assurance Field Representative *** /b Verify urgently seek an experienced Delivery Assurance Field Representative to support an urgent on-site supplier recovery assignment in Italy. Support is full-time for an initial 6-week project, to start as soon as possible. /p pThe role will act as an on-site represenative at our customer's supplier facility, working with supplier operations, supply chain, procurement and quality teams to improve delivery visibility, support recovery actions and help restore On-Time Delivery performance for OEM and Aftermarket requirements. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing production status, Work-In-Progress, inventory coverage, bottlenecks, capacity constraints and shipment plans, while providing clear daily updates to customer stakeholders. /p pbBrief Job Description /b /p ul liActing as the customer representative on-site at the supplier facility. /li liReviewing supplier order books, customer demand and production priorities. /li liTracking Work-In-Progress, production orders, inventory coverage, bottlenecks and shipment status. /li liSupporting supplier recovery plans and following up on agreed actions. /li liIdentifying risks to delivery commitments and escalating issues where required. /li liCoordinating with supplier operations, supply chain, quality and procurement teams. /li liSupporting visibility of material, component and subcontracted operation requirements.



/li liAssisting with sub-tier supplier risks where these impact delivery performance. /li liProviding daily status updates on recovery progress, delivery outlook and key risks. /li liSupporting weekly reporting and stakeholder reviews. /li /ul pbExperience Requirements /b /p ul liPrevious experience in supply chain, supplier performance, expediting, production control, manufacturing operations or quality. /li liExperience in supplier recovery, delivery assurance, operational recovery or industrial crisis management is strongly preferred. /li liAerospace manufacturing or aerospace supply chain experience is highly advantageous. /li liStrong understanding of WIP tracking, production status, capacity constraints, bottleneck management and shipment follow-up. /li liAbility to challenge supplier commitments, drive action closure and escalating risks in a high-pressure environment. /li liGood working knowledge of MRP / ERP systems; SAP or AirSupply experience would be advantageous. /li liStrong Microsoft Excel skills required. /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work across customer, supplier and multi-functional teams. /li liFluent English required. Italian language capability is mandatory.
