ppThe HSE Site Specialist supports the implementation and day-to-day management of Health, Safety and Environmental activities at Site level, ensuring compliance with Company QHSE management systems and with applicable Italian legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08, D.Lgs. 152/06 and related regulations). /p pThe HSE Site Specialist works under the coordination of the HSE Manager and in collaboration with the Site Manager, employees, contractors and suppliers to ensure the effective application of HSE policies, procedures and controls across all Site activities, including RD, construction and commissioning phases. /p pThe position supports the promotion of a positive HSE culture, the delivery of training and internal communication initiatives, and the preparation of HSE documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders. /p h3Main activities /h3 pThe successful candidate will support and contribute to the following activities: /p ul liAssist in the implementation and maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environmental management system at Site level in line with Company standards and Italian legal requirements. /li liPerform routine HSE inspections, audits and workplace monitoring activities, reporting findings and supporting the definition and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. /li liSupport the development and update of Risk Assessments (DVR), method statements and HSE plans in cooperation with the relevant functions. /li liEnsure the correct application of HSE procedures by Company personnel and contractors on Site. /li liParticipate in the investigation and analysis of accidents, near misses and non-conformities, contributing to root cause analysis and action tracking. /li liMonitor HSE performance indicators and maintain HSE records and reporting systems. /li liSupport the organisation and delivery of HSE training, toolbox talks and awareness programmes for employees and contractors. /li liAssist in the management of emergency preparedness activities,



drills and first response arrangements. /li liContribute to the environmental monitoring activities and to the correct management of waste, emissions and environmental aspects. /li liSupport the qualification and HSE assessment of suppliers and subcontractors. /li liCollaborate in the preparation of HSE reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. /li liProvide operational support during regulatory inspections and internal/external audits. /li liPromote a proactive safety culture and behavioural safety initiatives at Site level. /li /ul h3Desired qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in a scientific or technical field relevant to the role. /li liASPP qualification in accordance with Italian legislation (mandatory). /li liAdditional HSE training and certifications are considered a plus. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li5+ years of previous experience in HSE roles in industrial, construction, energy, RD or other highly regulated environments. /li liDeep knowledge of Italian HSE legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08 and D.Lgs. 152/06). /li liKnowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards. /li liExperience in supporting risk assessments, site inspections and incident investigations. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills. /li liProactive attitude and capability to work both independently and as part of a team. /li liQualification as Auditor for ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards. /li liExperience working with contractors and on multi-company worksites. /li liPrevious experience in international or matrix organisations /li /ul h3Mandatory /h3 ul liRight to work in the EU. /li liAvailability for occasional business travel in Europe. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C1+). /li liFluent in Italian (CEFR C1+), French is a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liPermanent Contract; /li liSalary range: RAL €.
