ph3About the Role /h3pWe are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer based in Belluno, Italy to design and engineer plastic enclosures for electronic products in the commercial refrigeration and HVAC sector, within a multinational environment with ongoing collaboration with teams across Europe, the United States, and Asia. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and development of plastic enclosures via injection moulding /lili3D CAD modelling and creation/maintenance of 2D technical drawings /liliDFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) optimisation /liliTechnical interface with suppliers (mould makers, plastic moulders, screen printing and pad printing suppliers) /liliEvaluation of technical solutions and mould proposals /liliCollaboration with cross‑functional teams (Hardware, Technical Documentation, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality) /liliSupport for product validation through mechanical testing and reporting in English /liliContribution to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives /li /ulh3Required Qualifications and Experience /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design (or equivalent experience) /lili1–3 years experience in mechanical product design, plastic parts for injection moulding, and product industrialisation /liliKnowledge of injection moulding constraints and best practices /liliAbility to analyse and evaluate mould design concepts /liliStrong proficiency in 3D CAD (Solid Edge preferred; NX or Creo accepted), with advanced skills in parametric modelling, assembly management,
