We are collaborative, creative, and experienced professionals and we’re looking to augment our team with other individuals who embody our values: care, be real, get it done, and have fun, seriously. /p /brh3Position Summary /h3 /brpThe Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a field-based commercial professional responsible for developing and growing Mirum’s cholestatic disease portfolio within an assigned territory in Italy. Working in close partnership with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary care teams, the RAM develops and executes territory account plans that improve patient access and support appropriate use of Mirum’s therapies. The RAM combines strong clinical knowledge with commercial excellence to build trusted customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver sustainable business growth. Working collaboratively with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance and other cross-functional partners, the RAM translates customer insights into effective account strategies while ensuring all activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory and company requirements. /p /brh3Job Functions / Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDevelop and execute territory account plans aligned with national commercial objectives. /li /brliBuild and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and multidisciplinary care teams. /li /brliDeliver high-quality scientific and product discussions that support appropriate patient care. /li /brliIdentify customer needs and align Mirum resources and solutions to improve patient outcomes. /li /brliContinuously assess territory opportunities using customer insights,



market intelligence and business data. /li /brliCollaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer engagement. /li /brliMaintain exceptional knowledge of disease states, treatment landscape and Mirum’s products. /li /brliDemonstrate accountability for territory performance while consistently operating in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. /li /brliContribute positively to a collaborative 'One Mirum' culture by sharing best practices and supporting team success. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brpEducation/Experience: /p /brul /brli10+ years of business experience in healthcare or biotech industry in RAM roles /li /brliSignificant experience in Regional Market access /li /brliSuccessful biotech/pharma product launch experience in rare or niche markets with a documented track record of exceeding goals in competitive markets. Experience in Liver diseases will be an important plus /li /brliBachelor’s in science degree or higher /li /brliExisting relationships within GI, hepatology or related specialty areas preferred. /li /brliExperience working with hospitals, academic centres and multidisciplinary care teams preferred. /li /brliExperience in liver and / or rare diseases is an important tplus. /li /brliStrong understanding of customer engagement and account planning. /li /brliDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions. /li /brliCommitment to compliance and ethical business practices. /li /brliWillingness to travel approximately 80%,

Starting compensation within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic work location. Compensation is provided in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees of companies in the Pharmaceutical chemicals sector (the "NCBA"), as applicable.
