ph3Overview /h3 pThe ideal candidate is an IT/Business professional with a strong finance and accounting background and proven experience in managing IT projects related to Finance and Procurement processes. The role requires effective cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders to support leadership in managing complex project activities, including the preparation of project deliverables, process design, and continuous business alignment. By defining the current and future state of the Menarini Group's business processes, identifying risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving towards innovative technology solutions, this person must be: /p ul liA talented IT/Business professional who thrives on complex, high-stakes challenges. /li liDetermined to succeed by ensuring the timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions. /li /ul pThe role will lead as Project Manager the effective implementation, management, and optimization of Finance and Procurement solutions and their related integrations, actively driving system integrators and internal stakeholders. The candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing required customizations, defining technical guidelines and standards, and cooperating with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Leads for system configuration and landscape setup. /p pFurthermore, the candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear requirement documents. They will write compelling business cases and proposals, deliver cost-effective solutions, and proactively track business feedback to build continuous improvements into future releases. /p h3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3 pProcess Design: /p ul liMap business processes and analyze the impact of new processes or systems within the Company group /li liModel (as-is) and re-design (to-be)



processes according to predefined goals or changing business drivers /li liIdentify improvements in the business operating model in line with business objectives and priorities /li liConduct benchmarking activities to ensure best practices /li liSupport the Change Manager in projects with significant organizational impact, such as operating model reviews and design/redesign /li liAssist Business Key-Users and Process Owners in managing change across all related aspects /li /ul pProject Execution: /p ul liApply strong vendor management skills to oversee system integrators and external providers, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed scope and budget /li liInteract closely with Business Key-Users and Process Owners /li liGather and analyze business requirements /li liDesign the technical solution to address business needs /li liManage and participate in multiple projects (drafting project documentation, detailing project scope, monitoring priorities) /li liOversee software configuration and implementation activities. /li liOversee post-go-live support. /li liIdentify proactive and reactive improvement opportunities. /li /ul pBusiness Applications Management: /p ul liSupervise the integration processes and related system roadmaps. /li liCollaborate with strategic vendors and drive the contractual stages to set up successful and cost-effective relationships. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 pEducation Languages:



/p ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills in English. /li /ul pProfessional Experience: /p ul li 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within a multinational company or a consulting firm /li liProven track record in project management and process design projects; /li liProven experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on Finance and Procurement processes; /li liDeep knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Contract Vendor Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Management, Treasury, Financial Planning, …); /li liExperience with SAP is considered a plus. /li /ul pAdditional Knowledge Soft Skills: /p ul liExperience in digital innovation and transformation (preferably within finance, audit, or procurement environments) /li liStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and data-handling capabilities /li liProactive attitude, change-oriented, and capable of engaging effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders /li liTeam-oriented and goal-driven /li liExcellent communication skills /li liProficiency with Google Workspace is preferred /li liProficient in using AI tools to streamline workflows /li liUnderstanding of AI concepts and staying up-to-date with the latest trend. /li /ul pThe selected candidate will be employed under Category B in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 42.000,00 and Eur 44.000,00, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026. /p p#LI-CE1 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
