This position plays a key role in supporting the development and management of funding initiatives at European, national, and regional levels. /ph3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3pThe selected candidate will support the team in the following activities: /pulliPreparing administrative documents and professional presentations /liliDrafting monthly reports to track actuals versus budget /liliCompleting and submitting funding application forms /liliMonitoring European, national, and regional funding opportunities andprogram /liliIdentifying relevant calls for proposals and aligning them with internalproject ideas /liliSupporting the evaluation and submission of grant proposals /liliCoordinating project timelines and contributing to project managementtasks /liliHandling signature collection and declarations from senior leadership /liliManaging shared project folders, including sensitive and confidentialdocuments /liliCollaborating with external consultants, project partners,



and internaldepartments /liliProviding training and operational support to project stakeholders. /li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Economics or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology,Engineering, Mathematics); /liliProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) andgrant application platforms; /liliPrevious experience, even short-term, in reporting for European-fundedprojects; /liliStrong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach; /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ulpThe selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 36.000,00 and Eur 38.000,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
