year /b postgraduate of relevant professional experience in security management or undergraduate degree with minimum of btwo (2) or more /b years of relevant experience in managing complex security operations, preferably in conflict or post-conflict settings. Proven experience in engaging armed actors, government bodies, and communities to facilitate humanitarian access. Skilled in team management, mentoring junior staff, and supervising contracted services in high-risk settings.
