YOUR ROLELead interface management activities across multiple project packages and contractorsEnsure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teamsCoordinate interfaces between onshore, offshore, subsea, pipeline, utility, and third-party infrastructuresSupport the successful delivery of projects in line with schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements2.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement the Project Interface Management PlanEstablish and maintain the Interface Register, Issues Log, and interface control proceduresFacilitate interface meetings with EPC/EPIC contractors, licensors, vendors, and client teamsCoordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction sequences, tie-ins, and hook-up activitiesMonitor technical documentation, drawings, and data exchange between interface partiesEnsure design changes are properly communicated and implemented across all affected packagesIntegrate interface milestones into the master project schedule and monitor progressIdentify interface risks, propose mitigation plans, and support dispute resolution related to interface responsibilitiesCoordinate with authorities, joint venture partners, utility providers, host facilities, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover3.
REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Mechanical,



Civil, Electrical Engineering or equivalentMinimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projectsAt least 5 years of experience in PMC or Client-side Interface Management rolesProven experience in EPC/EPIC project execution involving offshore, subsea, pipeline, and onshore facilitiesStrong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processesExperience with interface management tools and integrated project execution methodologiesKnowledge of risk-based interface management and complex stakeholder coordinationFamiliarity with FIDIC and EPC contract structures, particularly interface-related clausesExcellent communication, coordination, and leadership skillsFluent written and spoken English4.
WHAT WE OFFERThe compensation for this role ranges between €****** and €******.
The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Trade and Services sector applied by our company.
Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.
