I candidati devono essere legalmente autorizzati a lavorare in Italia al momento della candidatura. /p h3About The Role /h3 pFour Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an experienced Shift Engineer to join the Team. The Shift Engineer diagnoses and provides service and repairs to hotel equipment and responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liImplement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs. /li liDiagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building. /li liRespond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.



/li liBe familiar with all emergencies procedures and respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc. /li liClean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel. /li liInstall or relocate any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary. /li liAssist with energy conservation programs in the hotel. /li liInstall electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups. /li liWhere required assist with training to all department staff to ensure efficient operation, proper maintenance and repair to equipment. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 p+1 year experience in a similar position. /p pExcellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request. /p pWorking technical knowledge of general building maintenance and basic ability to operate computer equipment. /p pReading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian language.
