Global TechOpS oversees the entire lifecycle of the drug: from process optimization and industrialization, to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management. Throughout this journey, Operational Excellence drives continuous improvement. This end‑to‑end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners. /ph3This is what you will do /h3pWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated bSterile Production Supervisor /b to join a unique greenfield project focused on bbiologics manufacturing /b. /ppThis role offers the opportunity to contribute not only to daily sterile operations, but also to the bdesign, implementation, and start-up of a next-generation sterile production department /b. /ppThe successful candidate will play a key role in shaping processes, supporting equipment and facility design decisions,



and establishing operational standards for a biologics manufacturing environment. /ppThis is a rare opportunity to be part of a bsite built from the ground up /b, contributing to technical excellence, compliance, and long-term operational success. /ph3You will be responsible for /h3h3Project Start-up Phase /h3ulliContribute to bprocess and facility design discussions /b, ensuring manufacturability and GMP compliance. /liliSupport blayout review, equipment URS definition, and operational input /b during design and procurement phases. /liliParticipate in bFAT/SAT, commissioning, and qualification activities /b for sterile biologics manufacturing lines. /liliCollaborate with MST, Engineering, QA, and Validation teams to define robust operational workflows. /liliContribute to the development of bSOPs, batch records, training programs, and aseptic practices /b. /li /ulh3Operational Phase /h3ulliSupervise day-to-day bsterile biologics manufacturing operations /b (e.g., aseptic processing, filtration, filling, formulation). /liliEnsure compliance with bGMP, Annex 1, and aseptic processing standards /b. /liliLead and coach operators in cleanroom behaviors, gowning practices, and aseptic techniques. /liliMonitor production performance, deviations, and investigations; drive timely resolution and continuous improvement. /liliSupport media fills, environmental monitoring oversight, and inspection readiness activities. /liliPromote a strong bquality and safety culture /b within the department. /li /ulh3You will need to have /h3ulliDegree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific disciplines /liliMinimum b3–5 years of experience /b in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. /liliProven hands‑on experience in bbiologics manufacturing /b (e.g., aseptic processing, sterile filtration, fill‑finish, upstream/downstream interfaces).



/liliKnowledge of bGMP and Annex 1 requirements /b. /liliDeep understanding of baseptic techniques and contamination control strategy /b. /liliFamiliarity with bprocess validation and equipment qualification /b. /liliStrong documentation and deviation management capabilities. /li /ulh3We would prefer for you to have /h3ulliExperience in bstart‑up, scale‑up, or facility expansion projects /b is desirable. /liliExposure to isolators, cleanroom qualification, and media fill execution is a strong advantage. /li /ulh3Location /h3h3Compensation Range /h3pThe minimum salary for this role is € 39.000, aligned to our established salary framework.
