Stellantis is seeking a
Junior Engineer – Driveline Systems
to support the development of key drivetrain components.
In this role, you will contribute to the
end-to-end development and validation of driveline components and subsystems
(such as gears, differentials, disconnect systems and actuators), working across the full product lifecycle from concept to industrialization.
You will operate in a cross-functional environment, supporting design robustness, validation activities and continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Support design and development of
driveline components
(gears, differentials, actuators)
Contribute to
system integration
in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Participate in
validation activities
, including bench and vehicle testing
Support
root cause analysis
and problem-solving activities
Interface with suppliers and contribute to
technical reviews
Prepare and maintain
engineering documentation
(specifications, DFMEA, test reports)
Requirements
Degree in
Mechanical, Automotive or related Engineering field
0–3 years of experience (internships or thesis in automotive are a plus)
Basic knowledge of
mechanical systems and engineering fundamentals
Strong analytical skills and team-oriented mindset
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluent in
English and Italian (at least B2)
Nice to Have
Knowledge of
CAD tools
(NX, CATIA)
Basic understanding of
failure analysis and validation processes
Exposure to
driveline or powertrain systems
