Should be very familiar with applications/systems like Portal Testing, ETL/ODI/EDM, switching technologies like BASE24, BRIDGE and usage of POS terminals, card processing and transactions as well have an overall understanding of the Payments processing life cycle. /p pWill be responsible for managing a set of testers (junior and senior) to get projects/programs completed, lead from the front in terms of technical decisioning and test / stakeholder / client management aspects. Should be able to deal with senior stakeholders within Fiserv in terms of status updates, conflict management and clarifications, explanations/technical discussions and mentor testers. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and a very good grasp of project metrics. /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 ul liAccountable for planning,



deploying and managing the testing effort for multiple projects/programs simultaneously /li liCoordinates with project Leads for facilitating project testing effort across multiple applications /li liUnderstands and communicates the scope of testing required to certify projects and desired business capabilities /li liParticipates in Business Requirements and Detailed Design Sessions. /li liHas a thorough understanding of testing process and best practices. Defines the overall project test strategy and works with the assigned team(s) to execute /li liManage and mentor a distributed team consisting of permanent and supplier test resources /li liSupport multiple Scrum teams with estimation, planning and strategy for testing FISERV projects and programmes /li liManage all QA phases for the project, including Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution and Test Closure on the programme /li liEnsure QA best practices across project delivery, adhering to all quality best practices as laid out within the QEA GBS organization /li liOwn activities such as defect triaging from multiple projects if need be and ensuring test packs (regression, smoke) are updated to include new functionality /li liCo-ordinate the request and use of test environments for systems across the estate, ensuring best practices for data quality, data consistency and supporting needs of all projects across the programme /li liSupport the QMO team in collection of key metrics and trends for reporting at a QEA GBS level across projects.



Drive Quality on projects utilizing metrics driven data /li liEnsures adherence to change management for any testing related scope change /li liManages and accountable for the project/program testing budget, ensuring plan vs actuals are monitored and reported on a frequent basis /li liWorks closely with the Project/Program Manager on risk and issue mitigation and management /li liEnsures enforcement/adherence to Quality Stage Gates, reviewing acceptance criteria for accuracy, clarity and completeness /li /ul h3Experience you’ll need to have: /h3 ul liMinimum 15-18 years of experience /li liDomain expertise in Cards and Payments including Merchant Acquiring is required /li liBe fluent in Italian English /li liA proven track record in defect management /li liThorough knowledge of structured test methods and delivery processes (including waterfall and agile methodologies) /li liKnowledge of both manual and automated testing along with automation framework definition /li liAble to appreciate and manage all stages of testing, including SIT and NFT and provide support as necessary for UAT. /li liAble to provide solid direction and path to completion amidst project chaos. /li /ul h3Experience that would be great to have: /h3 ul liExperience in UK Cards and Payments will be a premio /li /ul pSalary starting at €60,300 - negotiable depending on experience /p h3Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: /h3 pFiserv is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
