She/He will be responsible for driving the development of hardware, firmware, mobile, and cloud-based solutions, leading a team of 3–5 engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to market launch. /p pThis role requires a broad product vision, a hands‑on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate both internal resources and external partners in a dynamic and innovation‑driven environment. /p pbYour responsibilities will be: /b /p ul liLead and coordinate a multidisciplinary RD team of 3–5 engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth /li liDrive the development of payment systems and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy /li liManage Hardware, Firmware, Mobile, and Cloud development projects throughout their complete lifecycle /li liDefine technical roadmaps, product architectures, and technology choices in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders /li liCoordinate the integration of embedded devices, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and backend services /li liEnsure effective collaboration among Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Product teams to achieve successful product delivery /li liLead technical problem‑solving activities,



identifying root causes and driving robust corrective actions /li liManage technical activities performed by external partners and suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with requirements /li liSupport product innovation through the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and development tools /li liOversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and execution to ensure project goals are achieved /li /ul pbTo be successful in this role you’ll need to have: /b /p ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field /li liProven experience in RD, engineering management, or technical leadership roles /li liExperience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams /li liSolid understanding of embedded systems, firmware development, and electronics /li liAbility to read and understand electronic schematics /li liExperience managing complex projects involving hardware, software, mobile, and cloud technologies /li liStrong product-oriented mindset with a global view of system design, customer needs, and business objectives /li liExcellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liResults‑driven approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment /li liExperience collaborating with external development partners and suppliers /li /ul pbNice to have: /b /p ul liExperience in electronic payment systems, fintech, POS solutions,
