Some weeks may have higher activity levels while others may be lighter depending on operational demand and market needs. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liConduct in‑person onsite home consultations and property evaluations /li liCapture high‑quality photos and document property conditions /li liComplete structured assessment reports based on your independent expert evaluation of the properties using provided guidelines and templates /li liMaintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts /li liCoordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email communication /li liEnsure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Who you are /h3 ul liPreferred but not required: background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate,



or related fields /li liFlexible schedule /li liReliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations /li liPhone or tablet capable of completing reports and uploading photos /li liAmazing communication skills /li liStrong attention to detail /li liProficient in written and spoken English /li liTech‑comfortable and able to complete reports via a stable internet connection /li liLocated within 1 hour driving distance from the job post location you are applying for /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 h3Compensation Structure /h3 pThis opportunity offers compensation on a per‑assignment basis. Candidates should propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a 1‑bedroom home. Average base rates within this region generally fall between $85 and $105 for a 1‑bedroom property. An additional $5 USD will be added for each additional bedroom, up to 8 bedrooms total. /p h3Base Compensation /h3 pExample: /p ul li1 bedroom = your proposed base rate /li li2 bedrooms = base rate + $5 /li li3 bedrooms = base rate + $10 /li liEtc. up to 8 bedrooms (all house sizes above 8 bedrooms will receive the 8 bedroom rate) /li /ul h3Travel Compensation /h3 pIn addition to the consultation fee, consultants will also receive compensation for travel for each day they conduct an assessment at a predetermined rate based on the consultant's distance from the center of the zone they are assigned to.
