ph3Job title: Project Manager /h3 pJob family: Project Site Management /p pBusiness area: Pulp Paper Multiple /p pContract location: Collecorvino (Pescara), PE, IT /p pLocation type: Office Location / Office-based /p pContract type: Permanent /p h3Role Description /h3 pTo strengthen our Project Management organization, we are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in managing complex technical projects within a structured industrial environment. /p pThe selected candidate will be responsible for the full execution of projects, acting as the single point of contact both internally and towards the customer, and ensuring alignment with contractual, technical, and organizational requirements. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing project risks, and ensuring delivery in terms of safety, cost, schedule, and quality. /p pThe Project Manager will collaborate closely with Production, Engineering Design, Purchasing, Suppliers, Service, and other departments to ensure effective and successful project delivery from contract validation through commissioning and handover. /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake full responsibility for project execution from contract validation through commissioning and start‑up at the customer site (time, cost, quality/performance). /li liAct as the single point of contact for the customer, managing communication, correspondence, and meetings according to the project communication plan. /li liLead and coordinate the project team in all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. /li liDevelop and maintain the project plan, ensuring continuous monitoring and updates.



/li liManage project risks, including identification, assessment, mitigation planning, monitoring, and regular reporting. /li liCoordinate all project activities and clearly define responsibilities, task boundaries, and decision‑making authority across the departments involved. /li liEnsure compliance with budget, contractual milestones, and quality requirements, including proper documentation. /li liIntroduce and ensure the correct use of company and project‑specific procedures, tools, and templates. /li liCoordinate monthly internal and customer project status reports. /li liSupport the management of claims, disputes, and negotiations with customers and subcontractors. /li liInitiate and manage engineering milestones such as design freeze, reviews, and approvals. /li liCollaborate with Purchasing to prepare procurement plans and monitor supply chain activities (purchasing, supply control, logistics). /li liEnsure all HSE contractual requirements are identified, reviewed, and properly implemented throughout the project lifecycle. /li liManage escalation processes internally when critical decisions are required. /li liEnsure completion of all contractual obligations, including guarantees, and support project closing activities. /li liOversee final project closure,



including lessons learned documentation and feedback to the organization. /li liCoordinate warranty activities, open item tracking, and ensure a smooth handover to the Service organization. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent); a Master’s degree is a plus. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in project management or leadership roles in technical or industrial environments. /li liGood knowledge of project management processes; familiarity with ANDRITZ PM processes is considered a plus. /li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong organizational and analytical skills, with a results‑oriented mindset. /li liAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and align cross‑functional teams. /li liAvailability for occasional business travel. /li liStrong customer orientation. /li liPositive and proactive project leadership. /li /ul h3Interactive Skills /h3 ul liEffective communication and influencing skills. /li liConflict management and resolution skills. /li liAbility to give and receive feedback constructively. /li liResilience. /li liFlexibility. /li liAbility to work under pressure and manage complexity. /li liProblem‑solving mindset. /li /ul h3Employment Terms Compensation /h3 ul liEmployment type: Permanent contract /li liWorking hours: Full‑time. /li liLocation: Collecorvino (Pescara), with possible hybrid working arrangements according to company policy. /li liCompany canteen. /li liTravel allowance depending on job level. /li liTraining and professional development opportunities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
