/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; alternatively, a technical diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering, or a Nautical Institute diploma; /li li5 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar role within the marine or shipbuilding industry; /li liProficiency in the following software: ul liAutoCAD /li liMicrosoft Office Suite /li liMicroStation /li liRevit /li liIntergraph Smart 3D /li /ul /li liStrong technical problem-solving skills; /li liExcellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
