ppWe are seeking an experienced and motivated bSupervisor – Early Pharmaceutics /b to support the successful delivery of formulation development activities while leading laboratory operations and supporting the growth of a talented scientific team. /ppThis role is ideal for someone who combines basic knowledge with excellent operational management, and a passion for creating a safe, collaborative, and high-performing laboratory environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage day-to-day laboratory activities for assigned formulation projects, providing guidance and support to scientists to ensure high-quality scientific delivery. /liliProvide technical and operational support to Research Experts and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standards. /liliSupervise project scope changes, resource requirements, workload planning, and tracking of project activities. /liliSupport project management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, status reporting, and delivery updates. /liliEnsure laboratory practices comply with SOPs, quality standards, IOPs, and Health Safety requirements. /liliPromote safe, efficient, and compliant laboratory operations. /liliIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance laboratory processes and ways of working. /liliSupport team development through regular coaching, feedback, and development discussions. /liliCoordinate workload prioritisation and resource planning to support business and project needs. /liliAct as a point of support for resolving laboratory, project delivery, and operational challenges. /li /ulh3Core Competencies Required /h3ulliLaboratory Leadership – Ability to organise and oversee laboratory activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. /liliPeople Management Coaching – Ability to support, motivate, and develop scientists while building an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
