p This role in summary p As an Industrial Engineer intern, you will join the Central Innovation Team based in our plant in Cassinetta (VA), reporting directly to the Senior Engineering Manager.
/pp You will have practical experience mainly focused on vision systems and the opportunity to closely deal with an innovative and dynamic work philosophy.
You will also contribute to the Use Cases definition and development inside our innovation laboratory – X-Lab – based in Cassinetta site.
/pp Your responsibilities will include /pulli Assist in defining technical specifications and validation processes for new visual inspection equipment, while supporting offer evaluations and participating in supplier sourcing and selection activities if needed by the project.
/lili Support the preparation and development of business cases for the optimization of industrial processes /lili Participate in and contribute to machine vision projects under the guidance of the project team and manager, with the opportunity to develop customized logic to industrialize tailormade solutions.
/lili Assist in the definition and implementation of digitalization and innovation projects /lili Support the definition of visual technologies footprint database.
/lili Support in the definition of X-Lab innovation Laboratory roadmap and in its use case prioritization.
/li /ulp Minimum requirements /pulli Currently studying in a master's degree in engineering – preferably in Automation, Computer, Electronics,



Mechanical or Management Engineering, with interest in automation, AI and machine vision.
/lili Languages: proficient Italian and English speaker.
/lili Strong analytical and problem-solving skills /lili Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) /lili Good Knowledge in coding with a preference for Python.
/lili Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
/lili Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.
