/li /br /ul /brh3Job Purpose /h3 /brpEutelsat is looking for a dynamic and experienced bScrum Master Project Manager /b to join the Ground Network Engineering (GNE) Program Management team. The successful candidate will support Agile delivery across software engineering and networking teams while also leading project management activities and contributing to supplier management processes. /p /brpThe role requires a strong combination of Agile leadership and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of GNE initiatives. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliAct as Scrum Master for Agile teams /li /brliFacilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint DEMOs, Sprint Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement sessions /li /brliFoster Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the teams. /li /brliRemove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint commitments. /li /brliTrack and communicate Agile metrics, team velocity, delivery progress, and risks. /li /brliPromote collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders. /li /br /ul /brh3Scrum of Scrums Coordination /h3 /brul /brliRepresent assigned teams in the GNE Scrum of Scrums. /li /brliCoordinate dependencies and cross-team activities within the GNE organization. /li /brliEscalate blockers and risks impacting multiple teams. /li /brliContribute to alignment of priorities, roadmaps, and delivery objectives across GNE. /li /br /ul /brh3Project Management Activities /h3 /brul /brliManage engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. /li /brliDefine project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
/li /brliTrack project progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and objectives. /li /brliManage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. /li /brliPrepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. /li /brliCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. /li /brliSupport portfolio planning and prioritization activities within GNE. /li /brliMonitor supplier deliverables, schedules, and performance indicators. /li /brliSupport contract execution and compliance activities in collaboration with procurement and legal functions. /li /br /ul /brh3Required Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. /li /brliProven experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager in technical environments. /li /brliExperience working with Software Engineering and Network Engineering teams. /li /brliSolid understanding of Agile scaled frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). /li /brliExperience in project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting. /li /brliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /li /brliExcellent facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. /li /brliFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /brliFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence or equivalent Agile tools. /li /brliExperience working in international and multicultural organizations. /li /br /ul /brpEutelsat treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
