Tous nos postes sont ouverts aux personnes en situation de handicap. /p h3Pricing and Product Development /h3 ul liLiaise with other internal departments to ensure full consideration of all pricing proposals and analysis of current portfolios; /li liContribute to feasibility study for new products and developments of existing products, including marketing, regulatory and financial aspects; /li liEnsure that all current and proposed developments of the product offer are in accordance with the Company’s Underwriting Policy,



Underwriting Philosophy and any other relevant internal guidelines and governance frameworks; /li liContribute to the definition and choice of assumptions for calculation of premium rates and for profitability assessment/business plan; /li liAccurately assess commercial premiums, profitability, capital needs and stress scenario tests of new product propositions; /li liCollect and analyse market and product statistics, benchmarks, and market developments; /li liDocument new pricing and underwriting schedules for sign-off, maintaining a table of pricing assumptions by product; /li liPrepare and present Business Plans and Business Committee documents as part of the internal validation process; /li liEnsure completion of peer reviews and compliance with internal processes (control cards, Quotation/Profit Share peer review, etc.); /li liAttend internal committees for Italian partners. /li /ul h3Analysis and Projects /h3 ul liPerform client portfolio analyses as required, and prepare client reports and presentations; /li liLiaise with Actuarial Reserving and Modelling teams to ensure alignment and a consistent and efficient view across the Actuarial Department; /li liConduct experience analyses to monitor pricing assumptions and ensure continued pricing adequacy; /li liContribute to assigned projects, including tenders and reinsurance; /li liPrepare and contribute to various internal management presentations and communications as required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
