As Engagement Manager at Circana, you lead end-to-end AI deployment engagements for clients in CPG, General Merchandise, and Retail. You act as the senior partner, aligning business outcomes with technical delivery and adoption. You guide cross-functional teams through deployment, change management, and value realization, coordinating with client leadership to ensure on-time, scoped outcomes. This role offers impact at scale with a focus on continuous improvement and client-centric value creation.

- Own end-to-end client engagements for AI deployments, accountable for business outcomes, technical integration and adoption
- Lead cross-functional deployment teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with client objectives
- Provide AI deployment expertise and best practices when needed
- Advise on deployment strategies, integration, process improvements, and change management
- Oversee the deployment lifecycle from sale to post-deployment support
- Conduct needs assessments and strategic planning for AI deployment
- Manage timelines, solution revenue, resources, and KPIs to ensure timely, within-scope delivery
- Communicate progress with senior leadership and client stakeholders




- Guide clients through adoption using change management principles
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders as primary project contact
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and scale within the deployment team
- Strong passion for AI and understanding of AI technologies in business
- Proven track record leading technology deployments;
hands-on experience with AI solutions using LLMs and related patterns
- Ability to engage with client IT, data architecture, and AI governance teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
ability to synthesize complex information
- Proven leadership and team management skills with geographically dispersed teams
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial Engagement Manager or similar role in consulting
- Experience in CPG, General Merchandise, and/or Retail;
knowledge of Market Research is a plus
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field preferred
