In this role you lead the Market & Customer Intelligence program across Medtronic EurAsia, turning market and customer signals into actionable insights. You will scale the intelligence capability with governance and a clear operating model, partnering with cross-functional teams to influence portfolio decisions and regional strategy. You drive ongoing intelligence cycles and adoption, strengthening decision-making at senior levels. You will work in a global, mission-driven environment focused on transforming healthcare through integrated services and data-driven insights.

- Lead the Market & Customer Intelligence Program and translate pilot learnings into a scalable operating model and governance
- Define and execute a 12–18-month rollout roadmap across functions, countries and use cases
- Run monthly, quarterly, and annual intelligence cycles and synthesize inputs into actionable insights
- Integrate signals from multiple sources into clear, decision-ready narratives
- Maintain high-quality standards and relevant decision frameworks for business outcomes




- Drive adoption across teams via enablement, support, and stakeholder engagement
- Track KPIs, identify gaps, and iteratively improve processes to establish the capability as a trusted enterprise asset
- Advanced degree in business, healthcare, economics, engineering, or a related field
- Significant experience in strategy, intelligence, consulting, commercial operations, or healthcare transformation
- Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional and multi-country programs
- Strong understanding of AI-driven analytics, machine learning concepts, and data management (e.G., data lakes/warehouses)
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and clear insights
- Strong stakeholder management with experience influencing senior leaders and scaling pilots to business-as-usual;
fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
