ppOur Client is a local LE of a leading international Group operating in the B2B and related bussines services sector. In order to strenghten their local Management Team for the Accounting Tax functional area, they're looking for an Head of Tax and Accounting. /ph3Posizione: /h3pThe selected Candidated will report to the Country CFO and will have the following responsibilities: /pulliCoordinating - with full responsibility on results and performances - the Tax Accounting local italian Team, within a fully integrated matrix international Organization; /liliImplement and enforce Accounting processes, policies and operations; /liliEnsuring the correctness of accounting data for reporting purposes; /liliCoordinating the preparation of tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain the Company’s tax database, finding solutions to eventual complicated tax and tax relatred issues; /liliReviweing the Tax base supporting the FPA for a best estimate of the Tax Rate for the periodic reporting and forecasting and budgeting processes; /liliSupporting the CFO, in assessing the most suitable tax structure, and the FPA function when requested; /liliEnsuring the strengthening of the assigned Team,



including the supervision and growth of Talents and their technical-professional development; /liliSupporting the CFO in the preparation of monthly, periodic, and quarterly reports, as well as the Annual Financial Statements; /liliManaging technical relationships and communications with service providers, external advisors (Big 4, Tax Counselors), and other stakeholders (Agenzia delle Entrate and other Public Bodies linked to the Company administrative function). /li /ulh3Requisiti: /h3ulliDegree or Master Degree in Economics; /liliAt least 4-5 years of experience as a Manager within a structured Corporate Organization, preferably if involved in international environment and business; /liliStrong technical skills related to the Accounting and Tax functions; /liliStrong managerial and leadership skill; /liliGood knowledge of English language, both spoken and technical written; /liliBusiness vision, a practical mindset, and a methodical approach are essential qualities for the role, combined with a solid approach to processes and goal-oriented work. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
