Experteer Overview
In this role you will optimize assembly methods, processes and equipment to reduce labor hours while meeting quality, efficiency, cost and safety targets.
You'll define production methods and sequencing for new processes and ensure cost and equipment investments align with targets.
You will lead improvement projects, support startup activities, and evaluate new technologies to boost productivity and cost efficiency.
This is a hands?on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Approve internally or externally developed process designs and perform final testing
Support production startup for internal and external processes and provide training
Evaluate new process technologies, lead testing activities, and select suppliers




Define action plans and training for maintenance and production activities during startups
Responsabilità
Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering
1–2 years of experience
SolidWorks and/or 3D design software knowledge
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Familiarity with SAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and FlexSim
Excellent English (C1–C2)
Motivated for a dynamic, complex environment with strong problem?solving and collaboration skills
