brp Yibi Precision is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and precision metal component manufacturing projects for global industrial and technology-driven clients.
/pp This role will work closely with engineering, tooling, production, quality, and commercial teams to support manufacturing feasibility review, sample development, process improvement, and mass production follow-up.
We are looking for someone with a practical manufacturing mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and an interest in advanced precision manufacturing.
/ppb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Review customer drawings, technical requirements, product specifications, and tolerances for manufacturing feasibility.
/lili Support DFM review, sample development, trial production, and process validation for MIM and precision metal components.
/lili Work with tooling, production, and quality teams to identify process risks and improve manufacturing solutions.
/lili Support new product introduction from early technical evaluation to stable mass production.
/lili Analyze production issues and assist in improving process stability, product consistency, yield, and efficiency.
/lili Help optimize manufacturing processes related to materials, tooling, forming, sintering, machining, surface finishing, and quality control.
/lili Prepare and organize technical documents, process records, sample feedback, and project-related reports.
/lili Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements, delivery timelines, and technical problem-solving.
/lili Support continuous improvement activities related to quality, cost, delivery, and production efficiency.
/li /ulpb Qualifications /b /ppb What we are looking for /b /pulli Experience in manufacturing,



precision metal components, MIM, CNC machining, powder metallurgy, tooling, automotive parts, electronics components, medical device components, or related industrial manufacturing fields.
/lili Ability to read and understand technical drawings, product specifications, tolerances, and basic manufacturing requirements.
/lili Familiarity with production processes, sample development, process improvement, quality control, or manufacturing problem-solving.
/lili Practical problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
/lili Good communication skills and the ability to work with engineering, production, tooling, quality, and commercial teams.
/lili Willingness to learn MIM manufacturing processes and support projects from technical evaluation to mass production.
/li /ulpb Preferred but not required /b /pulli Experience with MIM, powder metallurgy, precision metal components, small metal parts, lock components, tool components, automotive components, electronics components, or medical device components.
/lili Experience in DFM review, sample validation, process optimization, new product introduction, or production ramp-up.
/lili Familiarity with ISO ****, IATF *****, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 5S, or lean manufacturing is a plus.
/lili English communication ability is a plus, especially for international customer or cross-border project communication.
