The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, performing revenue and cost accounting activities, reconciling operational data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Experience working with SunSystems and Opera PMS is preferred. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Income Audit Revenue Accounting /h3 ul liPerform daily income audit procedures and verify the completeness and accuracy of revenue transactions. /li liReview and reconcile revenue data extracted from Opera PMS and upload financial information into SunSystems. /li liInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between operational reports and accounting records. /li liEnsure all revenue streams are correctly recorded and reported. /li liPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliation reports. /li /ul h3Cost Financial Accounting /h3 ul liManage accounting activities related to both costing and revenue accounting. /li liRecord, reconcile, and analyze cost transactions in accordance with company accounting policies.



/li liMonitor expense allocations and cost center accounting. /li liAssist with month-end and year-end closing processes. /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. /li /ul h3Bookkeeping General Ledger /h3 ul liMaintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation. /li liProcess journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations. /li liPerform accounts reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues. /li liEnsure proper documentation and filing of accounting records. /li liSupport internal and external audit requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /li liStrong background in bookkeeping and revenue accounting. /li liExperience in income audit, preferably within the hospitality industry. /li liHands-on experience with SunSystems is preferred. /li liExperience working with Opera PMS is preferred. /li liSound understanding of revenue accounting, cost accounting, and general ledger processes. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail. /li liExcellent organizational and time-management skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
