Conduct quality assessments and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with project teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
Provide guidance on QA policies, procedures and best practices
Contribute to development and maintenance of quality management systems and documentation
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years QA experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, FDA regulations)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration
Willingness to travel ~35%
