As a Clinical Specialist for Structural Heart, you serve as the clinical expert for MitraClip therapy, supporting teams before, during, and after procedures to optimize patient outcomes. You will work in a field‑based setting across Tuscany and surrounding regions, collaborating with physicians, surgeons, and echocardiographers to ensure successful interventions. The role combines hands‑on cath lab support, training delivery, and engagement with referring clinicians to drive adoption and evidence‑based practice. You contribute to growth and compliance while operating with a high degree of autonomy in a collaborative, international medical environment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and hospital teams.

- Engage with referring physicians, presenting structural heart technology and clinical evidence.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilità

- Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent scientific background.
- Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Strong clinical orientation and interest in patient care.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relationship‑driven, collaborative, and results‑oriented mindset.
- 1–3 years of relevant medical devices or clinical experience.
