This role translates customer and market needs into actionable insights, ensuring that Product Management and RD decisions are grounded in accurate data and real customer requirements. /ppThe work model for the role is: hybrid ; /ppThe role is contributing to the Motion / IEC Low Voltage Motors division globally. /ph3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3ulliMarket Intelligence Customer Insight: Gathering market data and customer feedback from sales to identify trends, unmet needs, and market requirements that guide portfolio decisions. /liliCompetitive Intelligence Benchmarking: Analyzing competitor portfolios, benchmarking technical performance and identifying portfolio gaps to maintain competitive advantage. /liliRD and Product Management Support: Bridging market needs and product development by supporting business cases, consolidating requirements, managing initiatives and tracking project execution from development through launch. /liliProduct Data Portfolio Excellence: Ensuring product information accuracy and completeness throughout the lifecycle by identifying data gaps, driving corrections,
