In this director-level advisory role, you will be a domain expert and trusted partner to regional sales and customer success teams, helping top clients solve fraud and financial crime challenges. You will translate customer needs into product insights and evangelize BioCatch’s value at executive levels. The role blends consulting, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to shape use cases and product roadmap, contributing to BioCatch’s leadership in behavioral intelligence.

- Provide deep fraud and financial crime advisory to sales teams, identifying opportunities with current and prospective clients
- Meet with senior fraud and risk leaders to assess challenges and propose BioCatch-based solutions
- Develop and deliver thought leadership content (articles, webinars, presentations) to position BioCatch as a leader in behavioral intelligence and device-based fraud detection
- Represent BioCatch at events and briefings, communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify emerging use cases and collaborate with Product to prioritize new solutions
- Evaluate new use cases for feasibility and fit,



partnering with sales to deliver value
- Participate in the Client Innovation Board to help evaluate and prioritise product innovations
- Maintain market insights on competitive landscape, fraud threats, and regulatory trends for internal teams
- 10+ years in fraud and financial crime roles within financial services or fraud tech
- 3+ years of executive-level consultative engagements
- Strong domain expertise in fraud, financial crime, and cybersecurity
- Ability to build business cases and quantify ROI for customers
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with ability to evangelize solutions
- Expert consultative skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Creativity and problem-solving, collaboration, resilience under pressure, accountability, integrity, and entrepreneurial spirit
