Duties & Responsibilities:

•To work as part of a dynamic team, carrying out forensic DNA analysis and using the latest techniques on a range of sample types to assist in the investigation of serious and violent crime

•Produce work of exceptional quality to ensure compliance with International Standards, the requirements of the National DNA Database and Codes of Practice of the Forensic Science Regulator

•Work in an organised, safe and tidy manner and comply with Health and Safety Guidelines

Qualifications:

•A scientific degree is preferred but not essential

Experience:

•Previous laboratory experience would be an advantage
