This role ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of heavy machinery and spare parts, while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations and supporting business operations across the region. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliCoordinate domestic and international transportation arrangements (road, sea, air), ensuring timely delivery and real-time tracking of shipments /li /brliManage full-cycle import and export processes, including preparation, verification, and submission of all required documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, certificates, etc.) /li /brliMonitor shipment status and proactively resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and operational disruptions /li /brliMaintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including import/export data, transportation logs, and cost tracking /li /brliCollaborate closely with sales, service, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery execution /li /brliOptimize logistics plans and routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation and handling costs /li /brliEvaluate, select, and manage logistics service providers (freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers), ensuring service quality and cost competitiveness /li /brliHandle logistics cost control, invoice verification, and payment reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures /li /brliEnsure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements,
