You will partner with divisions, HR, and shared services to sustain a culture of Lean-Six-Sigma excellence. /p ul liSupport the concrete implementation of change measures with interfaces across divisions, shared services, communication and HR /li liImplement and analyze KPIs and improvement potentials in a fast-moving environment; lead DMAIC-based problem resolution processes /li liLead and support change projects; plan and schedule work packages with departments, managers and project teams /li liPromote a culture of continuous improvement; build Lean capabilities (training, Kaizen events)
