/liliContributing to ongoing guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in compliance with standards and procedures, /liliBeing responsible for the hotel after the day management team has left, /liliContributing to the achievement of qualitative objectives within the Front Office department, /liliEnsuring the safety of guests and property, /liliSetting up the breakfast buffet, /liliHandling guest comments, requests, and potential complaints professionally, /liliAnticipating and responding to guest needs, /liliManaging guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring this process is as quick as possible, /liliInforming guests about stay conditions, formalities, and hotel services, /liliManaging phone calls and the reservations schedule, /liliFollowing up on guest requests (wake-up calls, taxis, in-room breakfast, etc.), /liliPreparing reports on activities and any incidents occurring during the shift, /liliEnsuring that all guest information documents are available and up to date, /liliPromoting the hotel’s services to maximize sales, /liliApplying and explaining the hotel’s pricing policy, /liliBeing responsible for the cash register, /liliComplying with payment and invoicing procedures,

Dynamic and proactive, you demonstrate a strong sense of service excellence. You have an excellent professional appearance, are reliable, and are always attentive to guest needs. You show rigor and strong organizational skills and work very well as part of a team. You are passionate about your profession and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. /ppYou are fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language is an advantage for this position.
