1. YOUR ROLE /strong /pulliLead interface management activities across multiple project packages and contractors /liliEnsure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams /liliCoordinate interfaces between onshore, offshore, subsea, pipeline, utility, and third-party infrastructures /liliSupport the successful delivery of projects in line with schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements /li /ulpbr/ppstrong??
2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pulliDevelop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan /liliEstablish and maintain the Interface Register, Issues Log, and interface control procedures /liliFacilitate interface meetings with EPC/EPIC contractors, licensors, vendors, and client teams /liliCoordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction sequences, tie-ins, and hook-up activities /liliMonitor technical documentation, drawings,



and data exchange between interface parties /liliEnsure design changes are properly communicated and implemented across all affected packages /liliIntegrate interface milestones into the master project schedule and monitor progress /liliIdentify interface risks, propose mitigation plans, and support dispute resolution related to interface responsibilities /liliCoordinate with authorities, joint venture partners, utility providers, host facilities, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover /li /ulpbr/ppstrong?
3. REQUIREMENTS /strong /pulliBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or equivalent /liliMinimum 15 years of experience in Oil Gas projects /liliAt least 5 years of experience in PMC or Client-side Interface Management roles /liliProven experience in EPC/EPIC project execution involving offshore, subsea, pipeline, and onshore facilities /liliStrong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes /liliExperience with interface management tools and integrated project execution methodologies /liliKnowledge of risk-based interface management and complex stakeholder coordination /liliFamiliarity with FIDIC and EPC contract structures, particularly interface-related clauses /liliExcellent communication, coordination,



and leadership skills /liliFluent written and spoken English /li /ulpbr/ppstrong
4. WHAT WE OFFER /strong /pulliThe compensation for this role ranges between strong€****** and €****** /strong.
The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Trade and Services sector applied by our company.
Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.
In the case of candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the indicated range, a revision may be considered subject to internal approval.
