/ppbr/ppWe are expanding our trusted freelance production team and looking for a senior Videographer / Director of Photography for recurring project-based assignments starting from September ****.
/ppbr/ppstrongThe role /strong /ppbr/ppMost assignments will involve covering international corporate events and filming executive interviews for high-level clients and organizations.
Depending on the project, you may work independently, alongside a camera assistant, or lead a small on-location crew.
/ppbr/ppYou should be comfortable taking responsibility for the complete production setup and representing NoLo Films professionally in international, client-facing environments.
/ppbr/ppstrongYour responsibilities may include: /strong /ppbr/pulliIndependently filming corporate events, conferences and executive interviews /liliSetting up and lighting professional interviews /liliManaging two-camera interview setups, including cameras, lighting and audio /liliShooting cinematic event B-roll using a gimbal /liliRecording institutional and broadcast-style coverage with wide and close-up camera angles /liliWorking confidently with Sony Cinema Line cameras, particularly the FX3, FX6 or higher-end models /liliManaging wireless microphones,



boom microphones and on-location audio /liliCoordinating camera assistants or additional crew members on more complex productions /liliEnsuring an organized and reliable handover of footage and production materials /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we are looking for /strong /ppbr/ppWe are looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with good judgment, reliability and excellent interpersonal communication.
/ppbr/ppstrongEssential requirements: /strong /ppbr/pulliDemonstrable professional experience in corporate, documentary or event video production /liliProfessional proficiency in English at CEFR C1 level or above /liliAbility to conduct all client and crew communication confidently in English /liliStrong experience lighting interviews and managing two-camera productions independently /liliProfessional experience operating Sony Cinema Line cameras /liliConfident use of gimbals in live event environments /liliBased in Milan or within practical commuting distance /liliValid VAT number and ability to invoice NoLo Films /liliValid passport and availability to travel internationally approximately four or five times per year, for assignments lasting from a few days to one week /liliA calm, polished and respectful approach when working with executives, speakers,



clients and international teams /li /ulpbr/ppstrongAdditional advantages: /strong /ppbr/pulliOwnership of a professional camera, lighting and audio kit suitable for corporate event coverage /liliExperience leading assistants or small production crews /liliInterest or practical experience in generative AI and emerging production technologies /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer /strong /ppbr/ppThis is a recurring freelance collaboration on a project-by-project basis.
/ppbr/ppAlongside international corporate events, there may be opportunities to contribute to larger NoLo Films productions, including commercials and documentary projects.
/ppbr/ppCompensation will be agreed separately for each assignment and will reflect the scope and duration of the project, the level of responsibility, the skills and experience required, and any equipment provided by the selected professional.
