As a
Plant Operations Management Expert,
you will be part of
Enilive SpA
. Specifically, you will coordinate the operational activities of hydrogen production and distribution plants, ensuring continuity between 24-hour operations, the technical structure, and suppliers during the start-up and ordinary management phases.
Main activities:
Supervise the plant's commissioning and start-up activities during daytime hours, supporting the EPC, electrolyzer supplier, and Enilive teams during tests, functional checks, integrated checks, and operational trials.
Coordinate daily operational activities during daily time slots for hydrogen production and distribution plants
Carry out coordination activities and ensure operational continuity between 24-hour shift personnel and technical facilities, during the various time slots of the hydrogen production and distribution service.
Ensure operational coordination between 24-hour shifts and the daytime technical structure, ensuring the passage of critical information, detected anomalies and priority activities
Verify the operating conditions of the plant, with daily walk-downs, asset status checks, visual checks and timely reports to the Technical Manager
Ensure management of operational priorities, with technical classification of requests and assignment to service contracts or shift workers depending on the required skills
Provide support for planning maintenance plans, alignment with O&M; plans and verification of correct traceability of activities
Provide emergency management support, with initial coordination functions in the event of unforeseen events, in conjunction with HSE/ASPP and on-duty staff
Supervise and supervise operational activities, in accordance with Article 19 of Legislative Decree *****, as assigned by the Employer
Ensure administrative management, operational and contractual planning, fulfillment of commitments set forth in contracts with third parties,
as well as the final accounting and invoicing phases to the same.
Required characteristics:
High school diploma in a technical field; other qualifications, even lower, may be taken into consideration if significant experience for the position is present.
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in similar roles.
The profile is completed by:
Knowledge of relevant regulations in the field of work and workplace safety
Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, and construction diagrams.

We offer a gross annual salary starting from €38,000.
