/li liStrong expertise in one or more core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance Goals, Compensation, Recruiting), with multiple end‑to‑end implementations delivered. /li liDeep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and ability to drive structured project lifecycles independently. /li liProven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions. /li liHigh level of autonomy and accountability, including ownership of deliverables and client relationships. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills (Italian + English), both written and spoken. /li liA collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team. /li liAvailability to travel based on project needs (short/medium/long‑term). /li liThe gross annual salary for this position ranges from €45.000 to €55.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level.
