The role collaborates closely with RD, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust,



efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing. /p h3bMain Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liDevelop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products. /li liSupport NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production. /li liDesign, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment. /li liPerform GRR, correlation studies and capability analysis. /li liAnalyze test data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions. /li liImprove yield, throughput, quality and test coverage through continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with RD, Manufacturing, Process, Quality and Suppliers to resolve technical issues. /li liPrepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and validation reports. /li liProvide technical training and support to production teams. /li liDrive engineering changes and introduce innovative testing technologies and methodologies. /li /ul h3bMain Requirements /b /h3 ul liDegree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Engineering or equivalent. /li liExperience in Test Engineering within manufacturing or consumer electronics. /li liKnowledge of automated test systems and production test methodologies.
