brpb Purpose /b : /pp The b Mechanical Engineer /b will join our RD team, working closely with a Senior RD Mechanical Designer to develop innovative solutions for our product portfolio.
The role begins with customer requirements and transforms them into concrete technical concepts to support product development.
This position plays a key role in continuous improvement activities and contributes to the evolution of our technologies through hands-on design and collaboration.
/p pb General Responsibilities: /b /pp You will actively participate in all phases of the product development cycle, including: /pulli Conducting initial studies, technical analyses, and feasibility assessments.
/lili Designing components and assemblies, supporting prototyping activities, and refining concepts.
/lili Managing Bills of Materials (BOM) and collaborating closely with suppliers.
/lili Supporting the transition from prototype to production, ensuring manufacturability and alignment with internal processes.
/lili Collaborating with the Quality Control team, Operations,



and the Moulding Department to ensure consistency and technical accuracy throughout product development.
/li /ul pb Required Experience Education /b /pulli Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
/lili Good command of English, both written and spoken.
/lili Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
/lili Knowledge of b Creo /b and b Windchill /b .
/lili Previous experience within an RD or Technical Office environment.
/lilib SAP knowledge /b (preferred).
/lili Basic understanding of electrical systems (preferred).
/lili Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
/lili Flexibility and a proactive mindset.
/lili Creativity and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
/lili Strong analytical thinking and planning skills.
/lili Curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
/li /ul p The offer includes direct employment with the company on a permanent contract, with a gross annual salary ranging from €34,000 to €45,000.
/p p The indicated salary range reflects the expected compensation for the role and is defined based on objective criteria related to the job, including responsibilities, scope, and market benchmarks.
Placement within the range will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, demonstrated capabilities, and internal equity.
In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a competitive benefits package and applicable incentive programs.
