We are hiring Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Agents for a permanent position in Europe.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Office 365 in an enterprise environment, particularly Exchange Online
- Basic understanding of networking, protocols, authentication (Basic, Kerberos, NTLM), and PowerShell
- Experience with Office 365 Directory Synchronization (DirSync), Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect (AD Connect)
- Knowledge of DNS (types of records, record creation, management, troubleshooting)
- Ability to read and analyze network captures
- Experience with Active Directory (FSMO Roles, Domains and Trusts, Sites and Services)
- European passport with technical experience, Italian (min C1) and English (min B2)
