Nilufar is looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join its growing team in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to develop a career in international logistics within the unique world of collectible design.

Working alongside the Logistics Manager, you will support the coordination of domestic and international shipments of exceptional furniture, lighting and collectible design pieces. From gallery exhibitions and international fairs to global deliveries, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations across every stage of the supply chain.

### Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Enter and maintain sales and purchase orders in the company’s ERP system.

- ⁠ ⁠Prepare, review and manage shipping documentation.

- ⁠ ⁠Produce and verify packing lists, transport documents and commercial paperwork.

- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate collections and deliveries with freight forwarders, couriers and logistics partners.

- ⁠ ⁠Monitor shipments and proactively update their status.

- ⁠ ⁠Collect and verify all shipment-related information, including dimensions, weights, addresses and supporting documentation.

- ⁠ ⁠Support logistics activities for international fairs,



exhibitions and special projects.

- ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate filing and organisation of logistics records and documentation.

### Requirements

- ⁠ ⁠Previous experience, including internships, in logistics, shipping or operational coordination.

- ⁠ ⁠Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

- ⁠ ⁠Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

- ⁠ ⁠Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with ERP or management systems.
