The partnership with Performant Capital marks the beginning of an ambitious plan to build a global all-in-one platform for the wine industry. /p pOur values are innovation, quality, transparency, and respect. /p h3The position /h3 pTo support our growth, we are looking for a Finance, Accounting Controlling Specialist with 5-10+ years of experience in financial controlling and accounting, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven company. /p pThe ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of accounting/financial processes and control systems to support strategic decisions. You will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to monitor KPIs, manage financial planning and budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure timely and accurate preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports. /li liSupport the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. /li liMonitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue recognition, churn and key SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, CAC, LTV).
/li liOversee cost control activities and support expense optimization initiatives. /li liManage invoicing, supplier payments and ensure timely processing of accounts payable/receivable. /li liOversee payroll activities in collaboration with external providers and ensure accurate payment of salaries and related contributions. /li liAct as the primary liaison to collaborate with external accountants and consultants for tax and compliance matters. /li liImprove and maintain internal processes and reporting tools, including automation of tasks. /li liAnalyze cash flow and support treasury functions to ensure liquidity and risk management. /li liMaintain accurate pricing data and integrate updates from distribution partners into systems. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5-10 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial roles in tech companies or startups. /li liStrong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards, including both IFRS and GAAP. /li liFamiliarity with SaaS business models, KPIs and financial dynamics. /li liProficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) is a plus. /li liExperience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Fatture in Cloud, QuickBooks, Xero or similar). /li liExcellent analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. /li liProactive, hands‑on attitude and ability to work independently. /li liGood communication skills and ability to explain complex financial topics to non‑financial stakeholders. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract with competitive compensation based on experience. /li liHybrid work model (office in Milan and remote). /li liCompany welfare program and private health insurance. /li liOpportunities for career development and participation in strategic projects. /li liA collaborative, open, and wine-loving team environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
