ppbInternational Accounting /b is GOSP Unit coordinating account payables and account receivables in the 8 branches of the GOSP Company, leading process automation projects and working in full alignment with Financial Closing, DQ RR Unit and with the Department Head. /ppAs an bInternational /b bAccounting Specialist /b, you will play a pivotal role in the account payables of the new branch of Joint Venture launched by GOSP: GCT, Generali Core Tech. /ppIn parallel, you will take the lead of account receivables centralized operations of whole GOSP, while supporting the development of international accounting best practices and guidelines. Finally, you will work in close contact with the Unit Head on robotization and SAP migration projects with high visibility. /ppKey responsibilities: /pulliCoordinate local procurement and back-office services for GCT /liliManage account payables operations, ensuring compliance with GOSP policies and IFRS /liliAsset accounting /liliCorrect maintenance and update of mandatory tax registers (VAT registers, Asset registers) /liliMaintain local accounting tools in line with the evolving local regulatory scenario /liliSupport treasury activities, including payment requests and cash collection management /liliProgressively take control of the account receivables operations of the whole company /liliSupport the Unit Head in RPA and AI implementation projects /liliSupport the Unit Head in complex SAP migration program as PMO /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliAt least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related areas /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field /liliItalian language proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
