/liliEmail errors (e.g. NDRs) or other issues the user does not understand.
/li /ulpbr/ppThe most important aspect is not deep technical expertise, but rather the ability to take ownership of issues, manage VIP users appropriately, escalate when necessary, and drive problems to a successful resolution.
