/ppReporting to the Country Manager, you will originate, analyse and execute the buy-side of MA opportunities and take projects and plants through to completion.
This is a high-impact, commercially central role for someone with a Big4, investment banking or private equity pedigree who wants to move deeper into renewable energy infrastructure.
/ppbr/ppstrongWhat you will do /strong /pulliCoordinate and execute due diligence, structuring and negotiation of transaction documentation on potential MA opportunities /liliManage external advisors (legal, financial) and direct internal teams through the NBO and BO stages of transaction execution /liliOwn economic analysis and financial models for investment opportunities, and coordinate the due diligence process end to end /liliPrepare investment approvals, investment memoranda and transaction documents to support global investment decision-making bodies /liliAnalyse greenfield projects in terms of economic risk and strategic options, producing clear reports on findings /liliBuild and analyse financial models,
