INNOVA is seeking a motivated and experienced R&D; Project Manager to support the management and implementation of European innovation and research projects in areas such as deep-tech, sustainability, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer.

The role involves working with international partners, startups, research centers, public institutions, and innovation ecosystems within EU-funded programmes including Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, EIC, and Digital Europe.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating EU-funded projects and consortium activities
- Managing project implementation, timelines, deliverables, and reporting
- Supporting proposal writing and project development activities
- Organizing meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Monitoring KPIs, project progress, and communication with partners
- Supporting dissemination,



innovation management, and technology transfer activities

Requirements

- Experience in managing or supporting EU-funded projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent English writing and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, or similar programmes is a plus
- Ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments
- Interest in innovation, startups, research, and emerging technologies
