You work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate client visions into seamless, profitable experiences. You’ll identify new wedding/social opportunities, negotiate terms, and oversee proposals and BEOs to maximize guest satisfaction. This role offers exposure to a dynamic market, industry events, and opportunities to shape our events program and guest experience. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify and pursue wedding and social event opportunities from inquiry to sales agreement and execution /liliDrive revenue for conference center, hotel, and non‑gaming outlets /liliDevelop and book future business within wedding/social segments; lead generation and solicitation /liliNegotiate terms, quotes, and sales agreements to maximize revenue /liliGenerate ideas to identify new business opportunities and upsell during planning /liliSource qualified leads via trade shows and third‑party resources /liliStay informed on competitors’ programs to inform sales strategy /liliRepresent Belterra Casino Resort at industry conventions and events; travel as needed /liliCoordinate with department managers to ensure requests are executable within guest service and profitability metrics /liliCreate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)



and Group Resumes reflecting client expectations with upsell opportunities /liliProvide timely client and property communication /liliLead or participate in departmental meetings (BEO, Front Desk, Sales) /liliVerify Method of Payment and conduct post‑event invoicing and prompt payment /liliMaintain professional image and provide creativity to upsell during planning /liliBe aware of sales goals and profitability targets /liliCreate guest‑centric experiences that exceed expectations /liliEngage with guests to obtain feedback and drive service recovery /liliContinuously improve service performance /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree or equivalent in event management or related field /lili1–3 years’ hospitality or events experience /liliStrong understanding of meetings and catered events management /liliProven guest service history with revenue growth /liliKnowledge of wedding industry and/or hotel/resort hospitality for group sales (preferred) /liliAbility to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per gaming regulations /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Salesforce/Delphi/GroupRev/Sertifi/LMS is a plus /liliStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously /liliMust be at least 21 years old /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
