Knowledge of NATO policies, governance frameworks, and procurement processes * (Desirable) Active NATO Secret Personnel Security Clearance (PSC) * (Desirable) Experience working with distributed or geographically dispersed teams * (Desirable) Familiarity with IT service management and governance frameworks * Language(s): English (fluent) Job description: * Support the delivery of a multi-year IT infrastructure modernisation programme within the organisation * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and project backlogs * Monitor project execution, track progress against objectives, and identify risks and mitigation actions * Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and management briefings * Coordinate and contribute to the development of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services * Apply Agile project management principles and practices to support effective project delivery * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies * Coordinate activities across technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners * Support requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation to ensure project objectives are clearly defined * Work closely with IT architecture, network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment of project deliverables * Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle * Support IT governance activities and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures * Contribute to the successful implementation of modern computing, networking, and data infrastructure solutions
